Returns and Exchange

Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges:
You can exchange an item if there is an issue with size, fit, or color. You also have the option to exchange it for a different item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@krynz.com for assistance.
